Welcome to Little Smarties!

We're so excited to have your little one join our learning community! These terms and conditions help us create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where every child can grow, learn, and play.

1. Enrollment & Registration

By enrolling your child, you agree to provide accurate information and keep all contact details up to date. We require emergency contact information and any medical or dietary needs to ensure your child's safety and well-being.

All children must be up-to-date with required vaccinations as per local health guidelines.

2. Attendance & Pickup

Regular attendance helps your child build friendships and get the most from our programs. Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.

Children must be picked up by authorized guardians only. We require valid identification for all pickups. Late pickups may incur additional fees.

3. Health & Safety

Your child's health and safety are our top priorities. We maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all health and safety regulations.

If your child is sick or has contagious symptoms, please keep them home. We will contact you immediately if your child becomes ill during the day.

4. Behavior & Discipline

We believe in positive reinforcement and gentle guidance. Our staff uses age-appropriate discipline methods focused on teaching and learning.

We do not tolerate aggressive behavior, bullying, or disrespect. We work with families to address behavioral concerns collaboratively.

5. Fees & Payments

Tuition fees are due on the first of each month. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.

Late fees may apply for overdue payments. Please contact us if you have any questions about billing or need to discuss payment arrangements.

6. Communication & Updates

We maintain regular communication with parents through daily updates, newsletters, and parent-teacher conferences. We encourage you to share any concerns or questions with our staff.

7. Termination of Enrollment

Either party may terminate enrollment with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment if fees remain unpaid or if a child's behavior poses a safety risk to others.
